Aman Gate ("we", "our", "us") operates the OTP verification API platform at aman-gate.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

• Account data: Name, email address, company name, username, and password (hashed).
• Billing data: Payment proof uploads, transaction amounts. We do not store raw card data — card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• API usage data: Phone numbers (GSM) you send OTPs to, message templates used, delivery status, and timestamps. These are stored for your activity log and billing verification.
• Technical data: IP addresses used for API requests (for security whitelisting feature), browser type, and access logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the OTP gateway service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send you transactional emails (account activation, payment status, system alerts).
• To detect abuse, enforce IP whitelisting, and maintain platform security.
• To respond to your support and sales inquiries.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

• SMS providers — to deliver OTP messages to your end users' phone numbers.
• Stripe — for payment processing (governed by Stripe's own privacy policy).
• Email service providers — for transactional notifications.

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate dispute resolution.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use IP whitelisting for your API token.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
