Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Aman Gate OTP API ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Aman Gate provides an SMS OTP (One-Time Password) delivery API designed for the Syrian market. The Service allows registered businesses to send verification codes to their end users via SMS.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information during signup.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API token.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@aman-gate.com.
• One account per business entity unless otherwise agreed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages unrelated to user verification.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any entity or send fraudulent verification codes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
• Resell or white-label the Service without prior written agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms without prior notice.

5. Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance per the chosen plan (monthly or pay-as-you-go).
• Failed OTP deliveries are not charged — only successfully sent messages count toward your quota or balance deduction.
• Manual payment proofs must reflect the exact subscription amount and are reviewed within business hours.
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 14 days notice to active subscribers.

6. Service Availability (SLA)

We target 99% monthly uptime for the API. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. In the event of an outage caused by our infrastructure, affected customers may request credit equivalent to the downtime period on a pro-rated basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Aman Gate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of the Acceptable Use policy. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent courts in Damascus.
